These samples are thought as hybrids, between textile and jewels. Natural cotton and linen are mixed with the copper to create changing surfaces.
The material stretches; brass son, tube.
The material changes; light, oxidation.
The material becomes the subject of the experience; chromatic range, twisting, plunged into the acid.
Copper takes of multiple form (son, tube, plate, wool) being able to evoke us a sculpture, a jewel, a marquetry. This project and touches the limits of the wearable and the dangerousness of textile.
